Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of this site. Reading a page or sending the request form means you accept them.
1. Who these terms are with
They are between you and the operator of this site, which is the team that develops the range described on it, trading under the name ESCATOYS. The privacy policy forms part of them.
2. What this site is
A description of a range of equipment and of the training around it. It carries no prices, no stock and no way to pay, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. No contract of sale is formed through this site.
3. The request form
Sending the form starts a conversation. It reserves nothing, commits you to nothing and commits us to nothing beyond reading it and replying. Send accurate details, and send somebody else's only if you are entitled to.
4. What the descriptions are worth
What is written about the range is our current intention rather than a specification you can hold us to. Where a figure would normally appear — speed, range, weight, capacity — there is none, because none has been measured. Ages are stated where we set one. Photographs show how a product is intended to look.
5. The name and the material
The name, the mark, and the text, photographs and code on this site belong to the operator. You may read a page, quote it with attribution and send it to somebody. Reproducing the photographs or the mark, or using any of the material commercially, needs written permission.
6. Using the site
Do not submit the form automatically or in volume, do not try to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, and do not attempt to reach parts of it that are not published. There is a limit on how many requests one address may send in an hour, and it exists so that a person can keep answering every one of them by hand.
7. Availability
The site is offered as it stands and may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn at any time. If the form will not send, try again later rather than assuming the message arrived.
8. Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the mandatory law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
9. Language
These terms are written in English. If a translation is published later and the two disagree, the English text governs.
10. Severability
If one part of these terms turns out to be ineffective, the rest of them stand.
11. Changes
These terms are updated when the site changes. The date at the foot of the page says which version you are reading, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
