Which rules apply
Not a toy, and not sold as one.
A drone of this kind is an aircraft, not a toy. How you may fly is set by Regulation (EU) 2019/947; what the aircraft itself must be is set by Regulation (EU) 2019/945.
You register yourself as an operator, you carry that registration number on the airframe, and in most cases the aircraft broadcasts its identity the whole time it is in the air.
The minimum age to hold the controls, the places you may fly, the height you may reach and whether you need insurance are decided by your own member state. They differ, and they are not ours to waive.
Flying over people or over someone else's property is where most of the trouble starts, and privacy law applies to the camera independently of everything above.
We hold no documentation for any of this, so this page claims none. What is written above is which rules exist, not a statement that we have satisfied them.
